PLAN DE REESTRUCTURACIÓN DE DEUDA DE LAS SOCIEDADES MARCO DE PEDROLA, S.L.U., MARCOTRAN TRANSPORTES INTERNACIONALES, S.L., MARCOTRAN GLOBAL LOGISTICS, S.L. y MARCOTRAN POLSKA SP. Z.O.O.

En cumplimiento de lo establecido en el artículo 627 del Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2020, de 5 de mayo, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley Concursal, les informamos de que las sociedades Marco de Pedrola, S.L.U., Marcotran Global Logistics, S.L., Marcotran Transportes Internacionales, S.L. y Marcotran Polska SP. Z.O.O. han elaborado un Plan de Reestructuración Conjunto de su pasivo financiero que prevé garantizar el mantenimiento de su actividad.

Por ello, les informamos de que en fecha 2 de diciembre de 2025 se va a proceder a la elevación a escritura pública del referido Plan de Reestructuración en la Notaría de don Andrés Domínguez Nafría y don Francisco Miras Ortiz, ubicada en la calle Lagasca nº 88, de Madrid (28001).

En caso de que se produzca cualquier cambio de fecha para la elevación a escritura pública del Plan de Reestructuración, se les hará saber a través de este mismo canal.

Podrán mostrar su adhesión al Plan de Reestructuración en la mencionada Notaría o en cualquier otra de su elección hasta el día 5 de diciembre de 2025 (inclusive).

Asimismo, los acreedores que acrediten su legitimación, podrán solicitar el envío del Plan de Reestructuración por correo electrónico, dirigiendo sus peticiones a la siguiente dirección: comunicacionpdr.grupomarcotran@marcotran.com.

In compliance with the provisions of Article 627 of the Spanish Insolvency Act, we hereby inform you that the companies Marco de Pedrola, S.L.U., Marcotran Global Logistics, S.L., Marcotran Transportes Internacionales, S.L. and Marcotran Polska SP. Z.O.O. have drawn up a Joint Restructuring Plan affecting their financial liabilities, which is intended to ensure the continuity of their business.

Accordingly, we inform you that on 2 December 2025 the aforementioned Restructuring Plan will be executed in a public deed before the notary Mr. Andrés Domínguez Nafría, whose notary office is located at Calle Lagasca nº 88, Madrid (28001).

Should there be any change in the date scheduled for the execution of the Restructuring Plan in a public deed, you will be informed through this same channel.

You may express your adherence to the Restructuring Plan at the aforementioned notary office or at any other notary of your choice up to and including 4 December 2025.
